Red White and Buddha

Veteran-owned · Memoir, podcast, music

From war to peace, one song at a time.

Red White and Buddha is the home of a memoir, a podcast, and the music that tells the story of a long road back from war.

About

About the name.

Red White and Buddha is the title of a memoir and the name of a podcast. Both tell the same story: the human journey from war to peace, told honestly.

Peace here is a practice, not an achievement. The title is not a religious statement. Buddha stands for peace, reflection, and compassion, and the book does not claim to offer answers. It asks questions and walks the road with the reader.
